What is .zip?
.zip is a well-known file compression format which is widely used. It is a method of compressing computer files into a smaller size, so they can be downloaded quicker around the Internet.

How do I unzip a .zip file?
You will need a unzip utility. Alot of computers come with on already installed. I this FAQ we will use Alzip an excellent freeware .zip program. Get it here

First install Alzip onto your computer it will download as a .exe file so no need to unzip If you do not know how to do this read the following page Click here

When you have installed Alzip go to the folder where you downloaded your file to.

Double click the file icon and it will start up Alzip.

Do not touch anything just Click the Extract button.

It will then show the screen below press the extract button and it will start to extract into the same folder the .zip file is in.

When it is finished it will open up the extracted folder.

Then click the Install Icon and install your software.
